Service Description. This Site describes Ankle Sprain, Corn Callus Removal, Diabetic Foot Care, Foot Surgery, Ingrown Toenail, Wound Care Podiatry provided by Hirata Foot and Ankle. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
